Shipping & Order Policy
Orders are processed together weekly from Monday to Sunday. Meaning all orders placed within a Monday to Sunday timeframe are compiled together for that week.
The batched orders are then sent to the print shop every Monday morning, excluding holidays in which they would be sent the next business day.
The print shop then orders the product needed to fulfill the orders in that batch. Product normally takes 3-5 business days to arrive back to the print shop.
Once the print shop receives the product, they will make the product.
Once product is made, it is packaged and shipped. You will receive a confirmation email of your order. If by chance you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder.
Timing of this process sometimes can take longer, if a size is out of stock/back ordered or if there is a holiday but generally turn-around from the time someone orders to the time it ships should be no longer than 14 days.
If we find that items are backordered, we will certainly reach out to you to let you know that your order is going to take over the turn-around time we have stated above.
